I give this rating because of a enthusiastic young man named Les. I was unfamiliar with the area and walking away from my broke down truck in pouring rain when Les stopped to lend a hand. We were about a mile from the store he worked at and gave me a lift.He aranged for a tow to thier shop and he had the proper radiator in stock with all hardware waiting so it could be replaced. I was in and out in no time flat and even picked up some odds and ends that he had suggested would save me from some hassle in the future. Friendly,good natured,and able to make me crack a smile after starting the day off poorly.He is a prime example in customer service and hope pep boys recognizes his talents and he gets his fair due for the loyalty and knowlage of the products they sell. I dont know if he is a mgr or not ,but if he isnt,he should be! My wife Patty and newborn daughter Harley thank you for getting me home in new york in time for the funeral of our dear friend ,Pillsbury. Thanks again,keep up t
