My experience with the Pepboys on Brookhurst has always been great. The management team is fair in their decisions and Sal the Service Manager works in Law Enforcement outside of his job at Pepboys.
The Service team is the best around. They were able to fix what no one else could. Sal's hands on management style made me feel as though I could trust he would make sure his team figured out why my car kept stalling. Three other shops charged me and said they fixed the problem, but it would stall the next time I used it. Pepboys fixed it !
Thanks you for having the skill, knowledge and great customer service that every mechanic shop should have, professionalism.
