Review content:
dropped the car off for brake work, when I picked it up the glove compartment had been detached and was sitting on the floor of the car. When I went to complain the manager first said that they don't go in the car. Then he said that the glove compartment was probably faulty. There's never been a problem before. Bottom-line is that they showed a lack of care and consideration with my car and then gave me attitude when I asked them to make it right. The manager did get one of the mechanics to fix it and then acted like he had done me a favor.
