I arrived at Pep Boys on 32nd in Yuma, Az at 7:45 AM to have my battery checked as I could not start my car and wondered if I needed a new battery. After waiting 15 minutes to get one of the 2 men at the desk to wait on me, there was only one other person in front of me, I was told to have a seat in the waiting area and my car would be checked. After and hour I went to see how it was going. They had my car in bay #2 and the hood up so I walked away thinking they were working on it. After another 1/2 hour (30 minutes) I went back and my vehicle was in the same situation. The man at the counter said it would be right up and then mumbled something about getting a battery. I stood there and he went and got "my" battery and as I watched for the next 10 minutes nothing was being done in the bay. I then told this man that if my car was not going to be done in the next 15 minutes to get my keys and I would go somewhere else. He went out and talked to the mechanic/tech and he immediatel
