Rick did a great job mitigating the damage done by a burst pipe in my basement. He was on time, made sure that my home was protected by laying down protective covers on the floors and stairs, wearing shoe covers and keeping me apprised of what he was finding every step of the way. Nobody wants to have a disaster happen in their home, but if it does happen, having someone like Rick on scene is extremely helpful and reassuring. Rick was awesome, professional and I would highly recommend him and 24Restore.
