My husband and I contacted The Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach because we seen several wonderful reviews on line that said they did terrific work. We noticed one designer was featured in many of the reviews. So my husband and I decided it would be nice if we could ask for and get Jeanne Hessen to come to our house and work her majic. And when we called and asked for Jeanne, they informed us that she was booked for the rest of October and most of November, but they would have her call us. To our surprise she called within a day or two and said she had someone who had a family emergency and had to reschedule so she could see us later that week. Long story short, we found out that all the reviews were true. She really knows what she is doing and gave us so many tips about the right way to do things. We couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful closets and how everything was completed before the holidays. We want to thank the whole crew at the Closet Factory and a Special thanks and Happy New Year to Jeanne Hessen, we look forward to working with you again and can't wait to see what you do for my brother and his wife's home.
