prices are insanely high, like over $100 to change an AC filter and $239 to blow out one line. service is pretty good.

Thank you for your comments we agree that our service is pretty darn good and our customer ratings prove that. Although we would have hoped for a better review we understand our price point was not what you were expecting. We strive to provide prompt service from the initial call received in the office to the completion of the repairs by our certified technicians. We do pride ourselves in being #1 in the #2 business and our vast & loyal customers - over 26,000 - know us for said reliability & efficiency in resolving any situation. Your main concern was price but what you may not be aware is that to run a proper organization and provide the level of service & expertise that we are known for along with maintaining the most advanced equipment, premier staff and office personnel is all calculated in the companies operation costs which comes down to the price point structure which we charge in all of Palm Beach County for over 15 years. Unfortunately, a charge is not just determined by the cost of a product , such as a simple AC filter, keep in mind that when a technician knocks on your door many costs have been incurred just to get him there ready to do the job.
