Simply check out the experiences of those who trusted him to live up to his word! He took a house full of furniture and belongings from my Mom's house after she passed, charged $700 to clear it out and stated that after 30 days, we would be contacted to give us a check for 50% of the proceeds from selling these goods. That was in 2013 and it is now 2016 and he has still not contacted us and efforts to contact him have been in vain. So sorry I didn't check online before dealing with him as there are BBB complaints (they scored him as F), Ripoff Reports, etc. where he has scammed people like me. Checking into taking him to small claims court to recover part of the $700 since he didn't honor his contract. This man has done this enough to people and there is no chance that it is 'an oversight'! He should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of people at a vulnerable time.
