I purchased several Drones form companies throughout the USA and Xceldrones was the absolute worst in every aspect. You should .avoid purchasing anything from Xceldrones. NO customer support before or after the sale as once you pay the invoice, expect the build to be late and, there will be no support, the seller virtually disappears. There is No custom firmware and, is a false claim. The is nothing custom or special. A PayPal dispute was required to get Xceldrones attention and gain any communications. A poorly packaged drone finally arrived 30 days late and, GPS/other did not function correctly and the drone was too unstable to fly.
Purchased for $ 1,700.00, I finally sold it for $370.00 just to get rid of this inferior and over priced product.
