James was great, on time, and professional. He did a good and thorough job inspecting our HVAC. He made several recommendations and did his job of trying to upsale the services, but those services weren't really required. He also did a good job of selling their contract program. I would call them again.
The downside- I finally had the appointment in December...which I made in October. The soonest they could get me in for a scheduled furnace evaluation was 6-8 weeks? I used their promotion special and I feel like because I was paying less money I got pushed to the back burner for the other more expensive and emergent services.
Let me clarify too. Their $29 furnace evaluation is just that-an evaluation. Anything they find that needs adjustment or fixed, etc is an additional cost. A dirty filter, a green sticker adjustment, etc is not included in the $29 cost.
