was charged $574.00 to add freon to unit. was charged $119.00 for exact same service from their competitor 3 wks earlier. am replacing the indoor unit. Maddox quote was over $4200 while other two prices were in $2200-$2500 range. this company charges extreme prices and when you ask them why you are told the history of the number of trucks they have, overhead, etc. none of which matters to the paying customer. was over billed on time here - we have video cameras in bldg that showed arrival and time left. but they charge based on their GPS system which adds time to the bill. also, they charge you from the time their truck leaves its last appt. so if they have to drive 45 minutes to your business, know that you ARE paying for this "extra" fee. horrible experience.... will NEVER use again!!!!
