As a young female who knows nothing about cars, I many times dread going to get even a basic oil change as in the past, places have tried to shove other services down my throat knowing that they could probably take advantage of my lack of knowledge. \r

Meineke in Nashua is so different! The staff is ALWAYS super friendly and make helpful recommendations without being forceful. I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness and speediness of service. If they make a recommendation for service, they have brought me to me vehicle to show me the part, explain why it needs work and help put my mind at ease. Plus there's normally coupons available for oil changes, service, etc. Two thumbs up in my book.
