Buyer beware!
We called to take our truck in and the guy told us to bring it in at 8 am the next day. We brought it in at 8 and no one was there, at 8:15 we left the vehicle in their lot. We called them at 3 p.m (they didn't answer the phone until then), the guy acted as though he had no idea about the truck we dropped off and asked again what we wanted fixed on it. 5 days later (this was over the new year holiday) we finally got it picked up. Our window was repaired, however the repair person didn't bother to connect the speakers in the door before putting it back on. Now we have to pull the door apart (which is why we paid to have it repaired instead of doing it ourselves in the first place) to connect the speaker and ensure the wires aren't just dangling in there or grounded out. We will not recommend or return to this place.
After posting this review on the local area FB page, no one from the company commented, however some family members(of precision auto) began to post degrading comments blaming the customer (us) for the mistakes. They went as far as to blame us for the company not calling us, blamed us for having after market speakers and said that we didn't understand cars enough to know how the repair should have been. Terrible customer service!
