Review content:
Purchased a so called CERTIFIED 2013 Santa Fe with just about every option. After about 6 attempts Blue Link still not working. Alignment still out. Car gets returned filthy and stained paint. All of this after dealing with Serge a sales manager every time and Ernie the Service Manager. The General Manager does not return Phone calls. No record of Certification although requested many many times. They keep the car for days and weeks and rarely if ever return phone calls. Average time wasted when picking up or dropping off a car 2++ hours. WORST SERVICE AND DEALERSHIP EVER STAY AWAY.
