I called Trademark about 8:15 in the morning as our gas furnace was blowing cold air and the temperature in the house was dropping. My eight week old grandson was due to arrive about 10:00 and I was desperate to get the heat restored before he arrived. Michael S. was the service agent who arrived shortly after 9:00 and had our heat restored within 30 minutes. I was grateful for the quick response time and his ability to repair the problem without any costly equipment replacement. Michael also presented their maintenance plan which I decided to purchase for our cooling system in the spring. While Mike was here I asked if he repaired gas fireplaces, he said yes, took a quick look at the problem, and made an appointment for the following day. When he inspected the fireplace he determined that it probably needed a thorough cleaning and proceeded to do so. Once again, instead of a piece of costly equipment, Mike was able to do a simple fix and we were up and running shortly. I appreciated his efforts to do the simple repairs instead of putting in new costly equipment. His friendly manner and desire to accommodate our needs in the most efficient and economically beneficial way was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to call Trademark again if the need arises!
