Worst grooming job ever!!! I took my Goldendoodle here for a cut. I went in the week before to discuss with the groomers that they have experience with this breed. They confidently stated they groom Goldendoodles all the time. The day of the appointment I went over with the groomer specifically the cut that I wanted. She ran her hands through my dog and agreed he had no mats and it would be an easy job. When I picked up my dog, he had been shaved, and his face cut like a poodles face. I specifically stated that I wanted the dog to look as non-poodle as possible, I was assured that this could be achieved. The one area that I asked them to trim shorter was his ears, they didn't even touch the ears! I have had my dog for 8 years now, everyone in the development knows him by name and has made comments as to how bad he looks! When I went to pick him up, I expressed my displeasure. Excuses were made and no apologies given. There was no follow up by a manager or owner. This is just bad business sense for a place that otherwise has great reviews. I'm only one person and it won't make a difference, but I will never go back, never recommend, and won't even use the dog washing facilities that I have used in the past.
