Review content:
Two of your staff have been very helpful and proactive. Some years ago Ian rat-proofed our home very effectively and also carefully inspected for suspected bed bugs (turned out to be no evidence of them). Then about a week or so ago on the regular bimonthly visit a young man was filling in for another guy who had the route. The new guy showed initiative by fixing the weather strip on the basement door. But there was an apparent lack of communication to him from your HDQ because he did not know that Clark's is supposed to have a spare key to the basement to check for rats. Anyway his willingness to help was excellent. Unfortunately I am not remembering his name but it was the December visit.
