Andrew did a terrific job replacing an old hot water tank at a home that we just purchased. This was done under a home warranty, so I was skeptical on the replacement and service that I was going to receive. From the start, Andrew and his helper Alex, were considerate and respectful - they applied foot booties while inside our home; identified a defect (dent) on the new tank and immediately called for another tank; and after the installation reviewed the job in detail with me including how to properly operate/maintain. Andrew really did an outstanding job resolving the hot water tank issue and answered all my questions.
