I used Snyder's Weed Control for the first time about half a year ago. Overall, I would rate them as a 4.5. Not quite a perfect experience, but good overall.
Their customer service was pretty good, the only suggestion I would have would be that someone is available to answer phone calls. I work nights, so it would be nice to reach someone during the late morning hours I am available. I had to play a lot of phone tag while setting up my service as a result. They were still able to do the work though, which was good. I was given a time schedule of the job being completed over a period of seven to ten days, and they finished within three, so that was very timely.
The service they did for me was weed removal in my backyard. I typically use my landscaper, but his rates have been going up, so I was more than happy to try out Snyder's. My lawn was covered with weeds and they were able to get rid of all of them. This was good because my wife has allergies. The weed removal lasted about five months, until a little patch of weeds made it's way back. I will likely call them back to use their services.
Their prices could be a little lower, but I'm willing to pay the current price because of the quality. The people I have worked with have been very friendly, and their customer service has been great. They talked with me, told me what my options were, and were very upfront. I was very happy with that. I would recommend them.
