My Company, Star Drug Testing has been with Norcast for 10 years. My experience with them began about 4 1/2 years ago when I purchased the controlling interest in Star. From the beginning I have found Norcast to be professional and competent in all of their dealings with us. From my very first phone inquiry, a friendly attitude of going above and beyond for their customers was in evidence.
Recently we were approached by our contact with Norcast, Chris Robles, to review our current services. As a result we were offered upgrades that have allowed us to work more efficiently, thus, become more cost effective in our operations. Communication was outstanding from the install to launch resulting in a relatively seamless transition to a new system. Bottom line we not only have a better system but my monthly cost was actually reduced.
Being a small business often does not lead to the highest priority for many of todays service companies. I want to give a huge shout out to Chris and the Norcast team in how special they made us feel. If you are looking for a communications company to partner with I would highly recommend giving Norcast a call.
