C/o Consumers\r \r I called this NOW Heating & Air to come look at my Furnace, I have a 4 year old little girl, the Furnace went out on Saturday @ 3am, the Temperature was 58 degrees in my house, I called 3 places in the area, the lady I spoke with told me they would charge $99.00 to do a diagnostic on the Furnace, when he came to the house he was already 3 hours late it was 5 pm and not to mention I live in Colorado and it was snowing and the temperature was 15 degrees outside, he looked at the blower wheel and said that that was problem, he then said he needed to replace the pressure switch, motor assembly, furnace assembly, flame sensor, heat exchanger and evaporative coil along with additional servicing charges. the total came out to be $2,758.32.\r \r I told him why does he need to replace all of the other parts when there was nothing the matter with them and that he clearly knew what was the matter with it, the service technician said it's there protocol to replace all parts or he would not work on the Furnace. I told him that I would think about it and paid him his $100.00 for 12 minutes of his time, another RIP OFF.\r \r I called another company that same night he came out fixed the Blower Wheel with Labor and Parts for $255.00.\r \r Please don't go to this company for any work to be done, they are nothing but RIP OFF!!!!!\r \r NOW HEATING & AIR - RIP OFF COMPANY!!!
