My kitchen sink clogged and after 3 hours of trying to open it ourselves, I called ASI the next morning because they open at 7. Roman was at my house by 8! He tried to open the drain by taking off the elbow underneath but unfortunately it was more complicated than that and he was impressively adept at figuring out the solution. He came back after I came home from work and worked diligently until the job was complete. Roman was thoughtful, prepared, polite and very competent. And the work area was spotless when he was finished. I would ordinarily wait for a while to write a review to see if there are any problems, but with a 3 year guarantee, I feel compelled to write now. We highly recommend Roman with ASI!
