My husband and I are new to the area and thought that Petco would do a good job grooming our Sheltie. We were wrong. When we dropped him off for his morning appointment, we were told 3-4 hours and they would call to let us know when he was redy to be picked up. Well 6.5 hours later, still no call. I called to see how much longer and JoanNa was very rude and said another hour. I was fine with that, just needed some communication. I called Kelly the store manager, very polite and helpful and she said it would be 1 more hour and gave me a 10percent discount (not the point) well 8 minutes later JoanNa calls back to say our dog was ready. I show up and he is completly uneven, just straight chopped. Well Kelly wasnt there when I picked him up...so I will be calling her back shortly. In the end, don't trust your dog there. Find someone who cares for your dog and doesnt treat them like they are just a number. I will never go to the grooming department again.
Pros: Clean store, nice manager
Cons: Horrible service in the grooming department
