Review content:
The service workers were polite and pleasant; however, they did damage in some places in my home and they did not correct all of the damage they did even though I pointed it out to them on more than one occasion. The main concern was that they cracked the corner of my bar top. Rather than replace it, they extended my warranty one year. I realize they would have had to replace the entire countertop on the bar; that was the only way to correct the damage they left. They should have acted with better care in my home as well as anyone else's home in which they work. If mistakes are made, they need to be corrected no matter the cost. We paid quite a bit of money for the work to be done...right!
