Businiess name:  Subco Construction Company

I have to warn users about Subco Construction. I saw the positive review earlier and our experience couldn't have been different. Bill from Subco started out good, but went awful and took three times the promised length and the extra costs were just terrible. We hired him as a general contractor to gut a home we bought. The project was promised to take about 6months, with 8 months the longest. He told us not to worry, we registered for schools and then the house wasn't done for another year. There were no apologies, they simply didn't care about a schedule. In addition, any extra costs were my responsibility despite the agreements. The subcontractors were nice and did good quality work, but as a general contractor he didn't do his job and honestly didn't care. He didn't want to do anything with our house and then sent his son Maciek to follow up so he didn't have to deal with it. I highly warn anyone with using them for anything but the smallest project and hold out money, otherwise charges come even after you are supposedly done.
