A1 Factory Direct installed wood flooring, tile and carpeting into my new condo. Their company has done both restoration work for me, as well as installations.
For the recent service at my condo, A1 Factory Direct sent separate teams for each of the installations they did. All of the workers were friendly, very organized and highly skilled professionals.
Their company has great pre-planning. They came two weeks before they started the job to plan everything. They were right to the minute on their schedule, and I have nothing but great kudos for them. Their prices were very competitive and it might even have been lower than most of the competitors I looked at. They did the whole job in four and a half days, and there were no negatives about their service or installation.
