Review content:
We experienced a fairly serious roof leak which was damaging the garage ceiling and connected structure. Code Red came out immediately to estimate a repair, and since the roof is now 20 yrs old, the Code Red Inspector looked over the entire roof for indications of other issues. We are glad that he did, as he showed us two other areas where the same type of evidence of roof failure was occurring, enabling a repairs there, BEFORE the damage proceeded to the water leak/resulting damage phase.Preventive maintenance is always cheaper. Additionally, there were five tiles that were cracked and needed repair. 10 days later the repair team showed up on schedule and effected the repair, being sure to show us the damaged underlayment that they had to replace in each area. The team worked efficiently, worked well together, obviously knew what they were doing, and had brought all the tools and materials with them.
The Inspection and Pricing for this extensive repair was expert and fair, the work was done by professionals and on schedule. Code Red has their act together..
