Review content:
Although the service call from Rescue Rooter for drain cleaning and leaking turned into something much larger in scope than I anticipated, nothing that Rob did was unnecessary nor, to be honest, unexpected. I was just hoping to delay the inevitable.
Rob was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. And fast! For all the work he had to do, I expected it would take him about seven hours to complete everything; it took him a bit over four.
I am very impressed with Rob Cook, as well as Rescue Rooter. In the future, if plumbing is required by me, I will call Rescue Rooter and request Rob to be my Service Professional.
