Gerald initially responded to my gas leak, late?on Friday?afternoon prior to the weekend storms rolling in. He had a smile on his face, seemed pleased to help and immediately went to work. He was considerate of where he parked, both for myself and my neighbors, and I noticed that his van was neat and his equipment well maintained. He was well kept, with his uniform neat, shirt tucked in etc. Gerald was pleasant, explaining his findings and found a break in my pool gas line underground. He was concerned about the integrity of the entire gas line and we initially considered replacing the line. Due to his perseverance, he continued the digging and found where the line switched from iron pipe to the more modern plasticized gas line. This changed the game plan and he prepared to return on the following?Mondaywith help to complete the repair properly and professionally.?On Monday, Gerald and his helper returned and set out to work immediately. The pipe size underground differed from what was originally thought, so that the repair material he brought would not work. Rather than lament over this, Gerald maintained a great positive attitude and immediately worked with his helper to locate the needed materials, obtained them and proceeded with the job. As the job required digging up an area of lawn, he laid out tarps to collect the material so as to minimize the damage to my lawn and to assist in the back fill of the worksite. Once the repair was made, the line was pressure tested to insure there were no other leaks. Throughout the entire day, Gerald and his helper kept a pleasant demeanor, were attentive to any questions I may have and explained the process as it occurred. I found them to be efficient and professional, knowledgeable with a focus on the safety of themselves and the job site and truly focused on doing a good job. Gerald and his assistant kept a sense of humor, worked well and when complete explained everything, cleaned up the site to the best of their ability and we're then on their way. I would highly recommend Gerald and your team to anyone needing professional plumbing support. Thanks Gerald for your time, attitude, and overall professionalism.
