This company and Sergio are solid people. We had a small amount of back-up from the water line and had to get mitigation in quickly. Within 24 hours mitigation was in place, scope of damage assessed, items marked as saved or needing to be removed. They did this with a very professional and polite manner. Very good when I'm still freaked out my house was damaged. My roommate enjoyed the wonderful answers and patience they showed with questions, talking through what was happening and next steps. This showed a very empathic view of customers in distress. Thank you!!!!!
