Review content:
Being fairly new to Mauldin I had very little time to diagnose a problem with my wife's 2003 Buick Lesabre as we had to make a 550 mile emergency trip to see a family member. I scrambled to find a reliable mechanic to fix what appeared to be a transmission problem and was fortunate to have been given two recommendations by my neighbors. I met Monty in the front office and felt comfortable with his listening and response to my description of the problem...a growling noise in the drive train while driving. He asked for the keys, did a test drive and then told me what he thought the noise was from and an appx. price of the repair. I left the vehicle with him and the next day got a call that the car repair was complete. It was not the transmission, (as this self-proclaimed 4 star shade tree mechanic thought) but a bearing failure in the wheel hub. Talking with Monty he told me he does not use any after-market parts stamped with "" Made in C...."", but OEM parts that offer more than a 90 day warranty. This repair carries a 12 month or 12,000 mi. warranty (parts and labor) and knowing this particular brand of part I feel sure that my wife will get many more miles than that. Many thanks to Monty and his front office for the professional treatment and integrity I received......and yes, I'll be back...... Kevin Q
