went to the location in montclair,nj. if you get stuck w/stefano do not do your return there. only request monique or agnes. it took stefano 2 hour & 40 minutes to complete my return!!!! normally it takes 1 hour. 3 times i had to inform him of my address. he had great difficulty reading my documents & prior info in computer!!!! also he typed in my incorrect address on computer as well. he told me to ask front check out amt. of my return & never mentioned when to expect e-return. frequently he asked coworkers advice. finally their prices have risen drastically & there were very few customers there!!!! 10 years ago i paid 250 now i paid 385!!!!! best tip is hire private accountant, it's cheaper & they're better qualified.
