Review content:
Mike R. from precision came out to repair an old garage door that had many problems. It was refreshing to get a rep that was knowledgable, well spoken, and didn't push me in any direction. We came to the conclusion that due to the age and damage, a replacement door would be the best choice and not cost all that much more. I did opt for a few upgrades that obviously did add to the price but I never felt pressured into the decision. The work is scheduled for later in the week, but I have to say that at this point I am extremely happy with my 1st impression.
