Ed and Nico arrived early and worked diligently for the whole day (on a Friday) to install a Carrier Ductless A/C unit. The electrician completed the wiring and everything was set but the unit didn't turn on. I've never seen anyone work so hard to troubleshoot the problem; they worked for hours, reviewing the wiring and steps with their supervisors via cell phone. Unfortunately there was a problem and a new unit was not received from Carrier until that Monday but the company provided us with two window units for the weekend. Ed and Nico returned to complete the installation of a new unit but there was still a problem! Two supervisors came to figure it out and discovered that the problem was with the factory!!! They fixed the wiring issue (Carrier didn't connect a wire!) and the unit has been working very well ever since. I'm VERY happy with the CARRIER DUCTLESS A/C but even more impressed with the diligence and professionalism of Ed and Nico and their supervisors who worked tirelessly until the installation was complete and working properly.
