Review content:
I had my home furnace installed by Burant and needed AC work in June. I made it clear that the coolant was leaking and needed a recharge but I also wanted the leak completely repaired ASAP. The service tech ignored my request and only recharged the AC and then wanted me to pay an exorbitant fee to investigate the leak at a second visit. Of course, the coolant would leak out again by the time they returned. I was not told that the leak was severe. The coolant entirely leaked-out and the next heat wave was just a few weeks later. I called a different company who did the work correctly because they followed my request. I called Todd at Burant Heating who gave me only excuses and he was not interested in the issue. In fact, his tech outright lied about my leak concern. I asked for a partial refund (paying for the coolant but a refund of the shoddy labor). The money we are talking about is really minimal. Todd refused to even listen to any options. I do NOT recommend this company! The owner
