Review content:
NRG Heating & Air is a very sneaky company. This is not a company with decency and professionalism. I used this company to install a whole new set of A/C and heater for my house. Before they got the business, their sale was quite eager to get the business.. He promised to apply for FlexPath and Edison A/C rebates for me and put it in the contract. But once the contract was signed, he had nowhere to be found. He did not answer my calls any more. I spent a lot of time calling their company and they were not too helpful. Eventually, someone from the company promised me to take care of my case and would apply the rebates for me. However, 3 months passed and I found out from the FlexPath office that NRG did nothing to apply. I called again, and they said they would do it. Then I asked for the Edison rebate program. They got really rude and said that was my own business. I told them that it was in the contract, which is totally their responsibility. They got really rude and denied any responsibility. I just called the Edison rebate office. They have said NRG is not a qualified contractor. So it turns out that this is not a reputable and honest company. They used the cheating strategy to get new customers and then deny their responsibility. I want to remind all potential clients to be very very careful about this sneaky company. They are not professional at all.
