Review content:
We purchased windows from Jack's and they were installed about a week ago. Overall the experience was pretty good. The installers were polite, the guy who came out to price the windows was helpful, and they were always ready to answer our questions. The only problem I had was that they had to reschedule my measure - but I guess there was a death in the family of the measureman.\r

The windows look great, but the best part was the price. I had 4 companies come out from the GR Homeshow and Jack's was lower than all but one - it was within $100 - and they were selling triple instead of double pane with a much better warranty. I would recommend.
