Purchased a Q50 in October. I guess someone scratched while test driving it and I never checked the car because it was getting dark when I test drove it and never walked to the passenger side. Well let them know the next day and they were awesome. Khalid the sales manager and Eric the service consultant were great. They made sure it was fixed at no charge to me. I was and am very please with Crest Infiniti service. I am pleased with my purchase and look forward to working with them in the near further for my service needs.
