I'm a disabled, almost senior citizen who, in compliance with their policy, went to return an unopened child's software game with receipt in hand at the West Paterson Best Buy. The girl at c/s placed her nails under the seal and opened the package after about a minute or so of trying, looked through the contents that were in tact, then told me she couldn't take back an open software package. After 2 more co-workers joined in, I was again verbally abused, lied to and about and told by a black so-called manager when she approached "You better respect me and you better leave the store before I". She never said what. I contacted corporate, who contacted the store who once again lied to cover their tracks saying I told them I opened the software, but it was incompatible with my system. I called corporate back, then tried to get the number of the district manager and was stone-walled by another store employee.
