I love the fact that the customer service people are well paid but do not get paid on commission so you do not have to feel like something is getting pushed on you. they seem to have the best prices on computers, CDs, and other electronic items. They always have enough employees on hand and they can provide good service most of the time. the stores are not so big that you cannot find anything and I like that they employ people from the area.
