I decided to do personalized Christmas presents this year for my friends and family. After doing some research online of various crafts and artwork, I decided on making Christmas ornaments. I went into Michael's, armed with my pad and paper where I had written down all of the items I needed for my project. I had a question about something called "Decoupage." \r

I had no idea where it was and after walking the entire store looking for it, I found someone on Michael's staff. This person's badge said they were a Manager, So, I asked her where to find the "decoupage" and also asked her what it was. Her response was that she had only been working there for 3 days and had no idea what decoupage was or where to find it. So, I have to ask myself...why is someone working in a craft store, which has no idea of their products and how on earth could they have earned the title of Manager?
