I have had several bad experiences in this store, mostly with sales people that did not know what they were doing and I chalked that up to poor training and let the prices bring me back, but recently the experience I had changed everything. My husband and I both bought the same piece of software. I tried to return one of them. Had the receipt and the unopened box and was even prepared for a store credit instead of cash back, bit the clerk at the service desk said it looked like the box had been opened and when I assured her it had not she took her fingernail and sliced the seal and said, yes it had...you could have knocked me over with a feather! I called for the manager and was basically told...too bad , so sad. I will NEVER shop at a Best Buy again. Circuit City and HH Gregg will get all of my business.
