STAY AWAY, especially from their "specials". It's nothing more than a way to get into your home and identify areas that need fixed so they can give you a quote for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. We had them come out to "winterize" our home and as they said, provide us with helpful information, and to identify our inside shut off valves (by tagging them) for our outside faucets. It's pretty hard to get helpful hints from a technician that can barely speak the English language. He did nothing but possibly break our outside faucet and tagged NOTHING. He was able to "recommend" solutions to some of our issues by quoting us hundreds and hundreds of dollars. We passed on his suggestions, mainly because he could not communicate his rationale for these suggested services, and refused to pay the $49. We called the office immediately to voice our frustration. We advised the tech we were doing so and would not be paying him directly. He REFUSED to leave our house! He sat out front for 40 minutes and then forced his way back into our home. We should have called the police! Eventually, 2 days later, the Regional Manager called and we explained what happened. He really didn't offer us any resolution and we just wrote it off as a bad experience. Two weeks later we receive a bill in the mail for the $49!!! Are these people serious???? Thank god I wasn't a woman home alone - the actions of their technician were extremely questionable and very threatening! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
