I took my van in for service for an oil change, transmittion and filter change, and to grease driveshaft. When I got the bill, the total was $491.66!!!! They advertise, $149 transmittion, $55 oil change, and labor for greasing drive shaft. All local companies contacted, including a Ford dealership, all quoted approximately $250 TOTAL, parts and labor! When confronted about the unreasonable price, they tried to convince me the parts were expensive, and then their labor charge of $109 dollars per hour! What kind of business is this place anyway??? I disputed the charges, and was told that I would have to wait 4 days until their Manager returned. I would advise taking your vehicle elsewhere for service, or take out a second mortgage to pay their charges!!!
