Review content:
This is a rip off business. I purchased a set of 4 Firestone Destination tires for my Navigator. Within 20 minutes of leaving the store I recieved a call from Technician Robby Clark. He stated I needed an oil change, the right lower front ball joint needed replaced, and the right front half shaft seal needed replaced. Cost was in excess of $500. I had had the oil changed within the past 2 weeks and the oil was clean. I had an extended Lincoln warranty so I took it to the local Ford Lincoln Service Center. They inspected and reported no action was necessary on the ball joint or the half shaft seal. What a ripoff establishment. I could not find this store on the Better Business Web site. Beware of this place and have a mechanic on call to double check thes people's alleged needed repairs. I have sent an email to Firestone outlining these problems but no reply yet.
