I have been to this location several times and always had suspicion I was being ripped off. ( I think this of most mechanic shops so no need to stop going there) I had to have a head gasket replaced one time and they took over a week to get it dont then called me up and stated they would need a few more days due to the fact that when they were putting the exhaust manifold back on they broke it and had to get a replacement. 4 days after that I spoke with the manager and explained to him I had been without my car for nearly 2 weeks and this had been a big problem in many ways. I told him I expected the bill to be adjusted for the monies I was out for a rental car, several heated exchanges later we hammered out a deal. Then he told me "If I had known you were going to be this much trouble we wouldve just welded the manifold!!" Then there was the time I went in for an oil change and ended up buying a new timing belt then when I went to pick up the car I checked the oil and it was obvio
