HORRIBLE. They wanted to charge us $1900 to replace our toiliet that was slowly leaking due to a deteriorating bolt on the bottom. High end toilet was $1900, low end would've been %$1180. To ""rebuild"" (I guess fix the bolt that was obviously the issue): $477. I checked with Lowes/HD and we can get a brand new toilet WITH installation for approx $400...they wanted $1900!!!!! Trip charge was $29 - this is important because.....3 days later, my sister, unbeknownst to me, called the same company for something electrical - trip charge for THEM? $69 - she lives less than 5miles from me. Oh, and our slowly leaking toilet? My dad came over and fixed it with 2 new bolts and an hour and a half of elbow grease. Total cost to us: $20. I was willing to think maybe they just saw us coming because we're not very saavy about fix-it things, but when I found out about my sister's experience 3 DAYS LATER?? These folks prey on those not experienced enough to know better, and , hey, that's everyone that would call them in the first place.\r \r EDT: my sister's electrical issue? they quoted $600 and they went to Lowes, bought the necessary part and did it themselves for less than $200
