My boss made a very important trip to vegas and after arranging for him to be picked up at airport with this group they have utterly failed me. I called earlier to let them know the flight was delayed and made sure this would not be a problem. But still o driver showed up to get my boss and now he is in a taxi on the way to the Wynn and his meeting. Embarrassing and will never use this group again!
