i have not had the chance to meet him. my dog came from the pound and my husband took him to his first vet appt. when i called with questions the office girls, were so nice answers all my quetions and were very knowledgeable and personable. My husband is a marine and Dr. Allen is very supportive of our military. He was very caring for our new Family member. My husband was Raving about what a great guy he was and what a great animal doctor is he. It takes alot to impress us. I can't wait to meet him. He was good people working for him from what i've exprinced. They have real concern about any of my questons or concerns. A+++
