I love Toyota Care and its scheduled maintenances. This is a great way to keep my car in running condition. However the service department could use a little touch. Everyone greeted me politely and treated me with respect which shows good customer service. The reason for the 4 stars is that service was a little slow and not detailed. I showed up 15 minutes early for service. While it was a busy day it took over 25 minutes to process my vehicle. The service manager did not go through or explain to me what they were going to do during routine maintenance. I did not think to ask at the time. The rep also said it would take about 1.5 hours and I would get a call. I did not get a call. I had other things to do that day so I called back 3 hours later and had to leave a message. I did get a call back right away which was great. When I got my car back the exterior was cleaned but not the inside. Besides all that they set me up for the next service answered a few other questions I had. All in all I was still a good service.
